Schema Generator
Writing schema markup by hand means getting every comma, bracket and property name right. This tool will let you fill in a short form instead and hand you JSON-LD you can paste straight into your page.
This tool isn't ready yet. When it launches, it will be announced on the What's New page.
What it will do
Plain forms, not code
Pick what the page is (an article, a local business, a product, breadcrumbs) and fill in labeled boxes. No JSON knowledge needed.
Google's required fields first
The form will mark which details Google requires for a rich result and which are only recommended, using the same rules as the Schema Validator.
Checked before you copy it
The output will run through the same checks as the Schema Validator, so you know it reads correctly before it goes on your site.
Free, with no sign-up

Why I'm building it
The Schema Validator tells you what's wrong with existing markup. The obvious next question is "so what should it say instead?" This tool answers that.
